I. Introduction to LQRY Heat-Conducting Oil Pump
The LQRY air-cooled heat-conducting oil pump adopts a self-heating heat dissipation system, which does not require water to cool the pump body. It features a simplified structure, smaller volume, lower operating cost and reliable performance. Therefore, it is used in various occasions where high-temperature liquids are transported. Since the heat-conducting oil pump is used to transport high-temperature liquids, it has very high requirements for the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of seals and bearings. Both mechanical seals and packing seals have good thermal adaptability, and the mechanical seals are made of cemented carbide materials. The parts of the heat-conducting oil pumps produced by our company undergo high-temperature heat treatment, enabling long-term stable operation without leakage under high-temperature conditions, no additional cooling system, and reliable use. They have been widely used in heat carrier heating systems and have entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food. They are mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids with a temperature ≤ 370℃ and no solid particles.

The basic structural form of the LQRY air-cooled heat-conducting oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever-type foot-supported structure. The pump has an axial inlet and a vertically upward central outlet, and is installed on the same base as the motor. The support adopts a double-end ball bearing structure, with the front end lubricated by lubricating oil and the rear end lubricated by grease. An oil guide pipe is installed in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover heat-conducting oil at any time. The self-heating heat dissipation structure is adopted, which changes the traditional water-cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in volume, saving operating costs, with good performance and reliable use. A combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted. The packing seal uses high-temperature-resistant packing and has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses cemented carbide materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring the sealing performance under high-temperature conditions. The third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTFE) is used as the lip seal, improving the sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
